The plain-language version of how buying from us works.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute something.
Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; if a piece arrives damaged, see our returns policy, which is more generous than the law requires.
Natural variation
Stone varies in colour, thickness and edge profile. Variation between your piece and the photograph is a property of the material and is not a fault.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
