Order questions

Include your order number if you have it. If you are writing before the confirmation arrives, the email address you checked out with is enough for us to find it.

Trade and bulk

Restaurants, hotels and stockists: tell us roughly what you need and the timescale, and we will come back with availability rather than a form letter.

We are a small team, so there is no phone queue. Email is answered by the same people who pack the orders.
