Flat $6.95 shipping anywhere in the United States, free over $75, and thirty days to change your mind.

Shipping

Orders are packed by hand, usually within one business day. Standard delivery is $6.95 and typically arrives in three to six business days. Orders over $75 ship free. Stone is heavy and brittle, so everything travels double-boxed with corner protection.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If something arrives broken

Photograph the piece and the box and email us. We will send a replacement without asking you to return the damaged one. This is stone in transit; occasionally it loses.

Returns

Unused pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is back with us, normally within three to five business days of arrival.

Engraved and made-to-order pieces

Anything engraved to your own wording is made for you and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or we made an error.
